Schedule: Customer training sessions Monday through Friday as needed, with flexibility to work extended hours for key initiatives.
Position summary
The Onboarding Project Manager leads customer implementations for a healthcare SaaS platform supporting surgical scheduling and coordination. This customer-facing role combines project planning, user training, product configuration, and hands-on troubleshooting to help surgical practices adopt new systems and workflows.
Implementation responsibilities
- Manage implementation projects from start to finish, including planning, resource allocation, timelines, milestones, and risk assessment.
- Work with clients to gather requirements and define project objectives and deliverables.
- Maintain detailed project plans, lead status meetings, and communicate progress, risks, issues, and action items.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to keep implementations aligned and on schedule.
- Identify project risks and resolve obstacles affecting timelines or deliverables.
- Provide direct customer training and support throughout implementation, including live sessions delivered virtually or in person.
- Configure product builds and help customers refine requirements, internal controls, settings, and quality checks.
- Coordinate technical resources to connect the platform with customers' other systems.
- Partner with development, customer support, and implementation teams to troubleshoot technical issues, improve interoperability, and address customization needs.
- Document meetings and events, distributing notes and follow-up tasks to relevant stakeholders.
- Improve implementation processes by identifying opportunities for optimization and applying best practices.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
What you'll need
- Experience working closely with clients.

- Availability for occasional travel and extended hours as needed.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred background
- Familiarity with surgical scheduling and surgical practice workflows is strongly preferred.
- Project management or SaaS implementation experience is a plus, but is not required.
