Creative role overview
You’ll take ownership of social content from the first idea through final publication. This includes developing concepts, planning shoots, filming, editing, creating supporting graphics, and publishing content across major social platforms. You’ll also appear on camera regularly and help shape a recognizable public-facing social presence.
Content production and publishing
- Create short-form and long-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and X/Twitter.
- Appear in social videos, livestreams, branded content, and other digital creative.
- Turn ideas into finished content by handling concept development, storyboarding, filming, editing, packaging, and publishing.
- Produce polished video edits designed for social engagement and fast turnaround.
- Use motion graphics, animated captions, transitions, sound design, and platform-native editing techniques.
- Create thumbnails, social graphics, text treatments, promotional assets, and meme-style content.
- Adapt creative work to the expectations and viewing habits of each platform.
Trends, AI, and creative development
- Track social trends, memes, creators, platform behavior, and emerging content formats.
- Identify timely content opportunities and translate relevant trends into original concepts.
- Use AI tools to develop ideas, scripts, images, visual concepts, thumbnails, and content variations.
- Apply AI-assisted workflows to content repurposing and creative experimentation.
- Stay current with changes to social algorithms, editing techniques, creator practices, and AI creative technology.
- Develop concepts that fit current online conversations while maintaining a consistent brand voice and positioning.
Planning and collaboration
- Help build monthly content calendars and campaign concepts for brand and executive social channels.
- Prepare weekly reports covering social trends and competitor activity.
- Work with marketing, creative, leadership, and other teams to support campaigns and broader initiatives.
- Manage creative assignments independently and move projects from concept to completion without relying on a large production team.
- Balance creative experimentation with performance goals and publishing deadlines.
What you’ll bring
- At least 1 year of experience producing social-first content for brands, creators, or media platforms.
- A strong portfolio featuring short-form video, social graphics, and content created for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Advanced video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or comparable software.
- Strong graphic design and social asset creation skills using Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or similar tools.
- Experience creating motion graphics, animated captions, text treatments, and other social video enhancements.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, DALL-E, Runway, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of internet culture, meme formats, creator communities, and the elements that make social content shareable.
- Ability to independently plan, shoot, edit, and publish content.
- Strong creative judgment combined with an understanding of performance-focused content strategy.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with short production timelines.
- Comfort appearing on camera as a regular part of the role.
- Ability to travel for meetings, content shoots, company events, and other project needs.
- Availability for occasional evening or weekend support during launches, events, and major campaigns.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
