Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hour, depending on experience
Warehouse and sales role
You’ll support customers in the showroom while helping keep warehouse operations running smoothly. The position is primarily focused on sales and customer service, with additional warehouse responsibilities based on daily business needs.
Customer and sales support
- Assist showroom customers and answer questions about available products.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotes, and orders.
- Help develop local sales opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
- Provide responsive, professional service throughout the sales process.
Warehouse responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and prepare inventory for customer pickups and outgoing shipments.
- Assist with loading and unloading products.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely when required.
- Keep the warehouse and showroom clean and organized.
- Handle products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Experience and skills
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Valid forklift certification or previous forklift operating experience.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Bilingual English and Chinese skills are a plus.
